Once CCMT receives your enrolment form, we will conduct a Language, Literacy & Numeracy Test and a Course Entry interview to assess your eligibility for a particular course. If you are eligible, we will send a Letter of Offer and an Invoice for tuition & other fees. Upon receipt of payment, CCMT will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form. Living Costs

The Australian Government estimates general living expenses to be $21,041 per year. For more information, please visit

All tuition, OSHC and material fees will be refunded if your student visa is rejected by Department of Home Affairs (DoH). The rejection letter from Department of Home Affairs must be submitted with a written letter requesting the refund. However, the Application Processing Fee, accommodation arrangement fee and/or airport pickup service fee will not be refunded

You don’t need to pay full tuition fees in advance. However, we recommend to pay a substantial amount as evidence of your financial capabilities.

We strongly recommend to go through our International Student Handbook and Offer Letter to know details of cancellation and refund policy.

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or direct deposit. You will find the CCMT bank account details in the  Offer Letter and at the bottom of the invoice.
